Creator Studio

Creator Studio is where your live session becomes lasting ministry content. After a service, open Creator Studio from the header to refine the transcript and generate ready-to-publish materials.

You must stop transcription (click Stop below Live Transcript) before switching to Creator Studio. The tab is disabled while transcription is active or starting.

Opening Creator Studio

1. End transcription — click Stop below the Live Transcript (or press Space).
2. Click Creator Studio in the header.
3. Select a session from the sidebar on the left.

Each session shows its date, duration, and scripture count. Only completed or stopped sessions appear in the Creator Studio sidebar.

To return to the Live view, click Live View (top-left arrow) in Creator Studio.

Session Sidebar

The sidebar lists all your saved transcription sessions. Click any session to load its content. Collapse the sidebar to maximize editor space. Sessions can be renamed (pencil icon) or deleted (trash icon).

Transcript

The Transcript tab shows your sermon transcription.

Corrected Transcript

When you open a session, RheoCast automatically runs AI correction on the raw transcript — fixing speech-to-text errors, standardizing scripture references, and improving readability while preserving the pastor's message.

• If a corrected transcript was saved previously, it loads from disk instead.
• Click Re-correct to run correction again.
• Edit the text directly in the editor — changes auto-save.
• Use Copy or PDF to export the corrected transcript.

The corrected transcript is the foundation for Summary, Notes, Devotional, and Social generation. Wait for correction to finish before switching to other tabs.

Find in Page

Press ⌘/Ctrl + F or click Find to search within the current editor (available on Transcript, Summary, Notes, and Devotional tabs).

Sermon Summary

Generate a concise overview of the entire message. Ideal for:

• Email newsletters
• Church website sermon archives
• Leadership team briefings

Click Generate Summary on the Summary tab, then edit the result before exporting or copying.

Sermon Notes

Create structured, detailed notes formatted as if prepared by the preaching team. Generated notes typically include:

• Key points and explanations
• Supporting scripture references
• Notable quotes from the sermon
• Practical application and takeaways

Edit freely in the rich text editor before sharing with your team or congregation.

Sermon Notes require Pro, Ministry, or ChurchCast Pro Plus / Enterprise.

Daily Devotionals

RheoCast generates a 5-day weekly devotional series (Monday through Friday) based on the sermon's core themes. Each day includes:

• A unique theme title
• An opening reflection
• A brief teaching point
• A reflective question
• A closing prayer

Edit individual days and export to PDF for distribution through your church app, email, or print.

Devotionals require Pro, Ministry, or ChurchCast Pro Plus / Enterprise.

Social Media

Batch-generate posts from your corrected transcript:

Review every post before publishing. AI-generated content should always be verified for accuracy and tone.

The Social tab requires Ministry or ChurchCast Enterprise.

Church Profile

The Church Profile tab lets you update your ministry details used in exports and branding — church name, logo, contact information, and related settings.

AI Credits

Content generation (corrected transcript, summary, notes, devotionals, social posts, and related verses during live sessions) uses AI credits included with your plan.

Check your remaining credits in Settings → Subscription. Credits reset each billing month and do not roll over.

Local vs Cloud AI

Depending on your plan and hardware, RheoCast may process AI requests locally on your device or via secure cloud processing.

• Local processing — Keeps content on your machine; requires capable hardware; works offline for supported features.
• Cloud processing — Faster for long sermons; requires internet; handled through RheoCast's secure infrastructure.

The app selects the best available option automatically. You do not need to configure this manually.

Always review AI output. Scripture references, theological points, and quotes should be verified before publishing or broadcasting to your congregation.

Export & Sharing

Generated content can be copied from the editor or exported (PDF for devotionals and transcripts, plain text for notes and summaries). Use your church's existing channels — email, social media, ChurchCast app — to distribute finished content.
